lost aircraft textures

Uncheck the box next to 'Preview DirectX 10' in the Display settings.

FS2004 aircraft 'converted' to FSX do not display correctly in Dx10 preview mode.

thanks for the quick reply.  I am just not finding the check box you are talking about.   Please forgive my ignorance.

You can find the option by going to Options/Settings/Display.  On the right side you should see an box labeled "Preview Direct X 10".  Make sure this box is unchecked.  Hope this helps.

I am running FSX acceleration in windows 7 with a Radeon HD 6700 graphics card.    I can not turn off the DirectX   every plane was working fine.  even new downloads are not appearing with texture.
