What is going wrong?

Which version of FSX are you using, RTM, sp1, sp2, Acceleration?

Thanks for that link JoBee, i'll have a very close look on that.

I'm using fsx gold, but this it not the first time i find bugs in so called "fsx downloads". It cant be true, when people download a plane for fsx and then afterwards have to make changes in textures aso, just because the uploader havent tested it fully.

The challenge with addons for FSX is that FSX is a moving target and addons that worked for FSX RTM and FSX sp1 will have issues with things like prop textures for users of FSX sp2.

I think this is what you are seeing and why PAD put out the patch.

This is an FS9 plane that was "ported over" (fancy speak for modified) to FSX and therefore subject to problems with prop textures because Microsoft changed the rules between sp1 and sp2.

The only thing i wanted to the beaver was wheels, i dont fly in Finland, yet 
Ok, i change the prop tex, but maybe mrs. Jensen cant find out to do that

I'm giving up on this plane. Nothing works by changing any texfiles. Sure wish i had the opportunity to do something like in this thread!

After applying the model fix I linked to above you will need to open the texture folder and rename prop.bmp to prop_tbx.bmp and then it should work.
