Mission building help

I have no idea where to post this, sorry.
I've decided to start mission making. I can figure out the actual building part, but I need help with the audio. Is there a VST plugin out there that can get that VHF radio fuzz when you talk? I could also use this for videos. Thanks in advance.

Sounds confusing at first especially is your not familiar with messing around with audio but it really is pretty easy.
