Lately I've been frequenting the General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, WI. Close to the Lake Michigan shoreline for easy navigation, great for touch-n-go's, and there's a nice scenery pack for it, too. Its 01L/19R runway is 10,690 feet, long enough for the largest planes with heavy cargos like the C-133B Cargomaster and, for the fun of it, the great old Soviet AN-22 Antheus.

For me it has to be the whole of England with the marvellous 'Horizon photo scenery' nearest thing to real flying I think.
Also about to get the new Scotland South.

I only wish there was more of this quality for other countries.

I tend to base all my test flights of new AC out of Seattle as I love thats its the best of everything (IMO). You've got water, a bit of low lands, Mountains, wonderful crappy real world weather at least 5 out of 7 days a week to work your IFR skills. Just yesterday I loaded a new sound file to the default F18 , then loaded a new 2012 Blue Angel 18 from the FSX Blue Angel website for testing. With real world weather in Seattle going. The sound pack test was hard rain and may good visibility at 10 feet off the deck, didn't clear till nearly 12000. The new 18 45 mins later the skies were partly cloudy but plenty of sunshine. I love real world weather ;D. I think it would be great if after a good rain the runways would stay wet for awhile afterwards like in real life. Be neat to arrive at a new destination and although missed a storm you knew one had just come through ;D

If I had to pick a fave it'd be Interlaken.

Or Sion.

Great for low-n-slow as well as fast-n-furious. 8-)
