cloud flickering

i forgot what could be done for cloud flickering...and to improve smoothness sorry if i take a shortcut by posting here....search didn't seem to work for me...thanks
i7-7700k ....msi geforce gtx 1060....msi z270 gaming m5 lga 1151 motherboard....CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) ram.....
