Multiplayer problems

Postby jparnold » Tue Dec 27, 2011 9:41 pm

Is there a fix for the problem of the description for a selected session not displaying on the screen long enough to read?
I am sick of not being able to read important information such as teamspeak data, joining the session, no information in the chatbox and then being kicked off presumably because I am not communicating.
This is very frustrating.
Or is there something else I can do to make myself known after joining such sessions?

As far as getting descriptions about the sessions, most of the time, fegedaboutit!

When you join a session and your in the briefing room, introduce your self to the host thru the chat box, before actually joining the flight. Most host, will respond, and give you the info you need. Just be polite and be patient if the host seems busy, especally if there ATC.

Thanks
I have tried using the briefing room in some sessions but no one answers.
I wonder who wrote GameSpy (software) and is it a case of the problem (doesn't display description long enough) can't be fixed or just a case of "can't be bothered"?
What a shame it hasn't been fixed in the years since it started to be used.

I don't want to host a session but will download and look at the client.

FS Host Client is the one to go for...

Just type in the IP address of any one of the servers and you are in.... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

Try:
66.90.73.187
203.114.130.15
67.240.51.120

Running FS Host Spy will show all the Servers....and who is on-line!

Paul... 8-)...!
