A few more problems
1. The Nose wheel does not move (also in the orca)
2.The landing lights don't work after  certain time.
3. I CANNOT STOP FLYING IT ;D
Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.

Yeah, I haven't started that one... I want to make when I have more time... Right now I have a couple of projects I want to finish first...

And hyper:
1- Yeah, I didn't animate that yet... I animated on the orca but forgot to add the animation tag for it to work on FSX. The S-46N Backfish has that functional.
2- I programmed the landing light splash on the ground to disappear after the plane pitches up by 10 degrees and leaves the ground or else you would have a huge flat surface of light floating in front of the plane. The light cones on the nose wheel disappear when you raise the gear or when the landing light switch is off...

3- Nice!  ;D

Too me, there is too much lift with dead engines.
What I did was set fuel in all tanks to 1% , took off and went vertical till fuel ran out which isn't long, then gliding back to a landing, it just seemed to 'float' too much.

OK, it would be built from modern light weight composites but my feeling it would have greater decent rate without power.

Anybody else, give it a go with very low fuel and check out how quickly it comes down for you.

Apart from that I like it. love watching it from tower for example.
May the Mynd be with you.
So far my number of landings either passenger or pilot equal my number of takeoffs.

I'll tell you what that is... Just center the controls in the runway and accelerate the plane to max thrust. It pitches up almost instantaneously and continues to pitch up until you grab the controls. I tried to fix that by moving the plane cog forwards a bit. It improved a lot but still pitches up... Also the plane has a big wing area for its size. It's almost like a flying body, so it's understandable that it has a good gliding behaviour...

No. The landing light will not come on after a certain time of day  ;). Sometime at dawn the lights won't come on at all. Also in the orca & blackfish.

I don't have any pitch up issues. I've tried accelerating to 700 on the runway and o pull up :-?

Ah, I know what you mean about the landing lights... They use self illumination to light up in the night so they don't show up during the day... I don't know how to make 3D lights that do that...

At least you Know ;). But I'm sure you will solve it 8-).
I'm still trying to figure that out. I did the glide thing and mine dropped like a rock on Jupiter :D
