I have a similar problem in my joystic, but the rudder doesn't just jump right, it literally moves all over the place, even without touching the joystick. Sensitivity options do nothing. I had to disable that. And now the elevator axis is doing the same thing only not as bad... My joystick is a Force 3D Pro by Logitech...

I have one if you want it. Get yourself the Saitek X52 Pro+ Rudder pedals, It works really well, and takes out all of the stuff FSX 'de calibrates'.I think I might replace it with an Extreme 3D Pro. It doesn't seem to have those problems.

My Force 3D Pro is kind of like that as well. How long have you had yours for? I've had mine for about 6 months and it's already lost its calibration. I think I might replace it with an Extreme 3D Pro. It doesn't seem to have those problems.
