Flares...

I would love to learn how to make effects for FSX aircraft(like how to add flares or smoke). So if you can help me it will be greatly appreciated.

I know nothing about how to make effects, but there are flare and various other effects that you can download from Simviation.

Go into Controls, select Smoke System, and then click "Add New Assignment" (or something similar) - that should keep the ability to use "I" for activating the smoke system, while letting you change key/button.

No not that  How can I change it when the flares shoot out other that pressing the smoke button because I have another plane which uses the smoke button for another need so can I change it?
