Pushback & Turning

Postby John T » Tue Nov 22, 2011 3:32 am

I am having problems turning during pushback.  Is it possible to turn during pushback in FSX, or is this not possible.

Regards,
John

In my FS 2004 Pushback is achieved by pressing Shift + P, then quickly pressing either 1 or 2

Hi Paul,  I have tried this many times but nothing seems to happen.  I will try again just in case I am not waiting long enough.  I noticed that in the key commands I have for FS2004 keys 1&2 are mentioned, however with FSX they are not.  Anyway, I will try again to be sure and see if it works.

John

Hi John,

It's the same in FSX, check outside view first, as Paul put, press 1 or 2 but wait, it's not instant response so best to press 1 or 2 quickly after shift + P or you may run out of room - or into the 747 that some ^&*$^$ has parked behind you!

regards

Steve

John T

like to 'Pushback' huh.  the only one, very best solution is to download Ron Baredregt Pusback Gauge & System.

it's very realistic, many features and you'll end up installing it on all your aircraft.

go to search, put in Rob Barendregt and go to Pushback version 5.

Follow his detailed instructions.

you will love it.

Hi Again, I have been trying this thing for a while now and on different aircraft.  It does work as you said Paul but not very reliable and not very good.  More 747

Hi Paul, Yes for these types of things FS2004 did seem much better and worked well, whereas in FSX some things are not quite the same.  I am running WinXP and I don
