Aircraft Call Sign Change

Is it possible to change the call sign of a plane? when I speak to the tower when using the 737-800 it just says that and I would love to be able to change it to Ryanair or something.

Hi there, now, I am a newbie to this, but I think I know how...

In Free Flight, click on change aircraft...
Select your aircraft ( default is usually that trike )...
then click on Details ( bottom right )

In here you can read up on the aircraft, and in the right window you can edit / amend your

Tail Number

Airline call sign ( selections of )

Flight number

also 2 check boxes to Append "Heavy" to call sign and Show Tail Number.

AFAIK, to do this with missions means losing awards ( this is a guess, clarification from someone in the know would be great)

There's a callsign manager on this page:

But there's a program I found one time which changes all the call signs to real world, so you won't get the fake airlines with ATC even for AI traffic, I just don't know where I found it. Just google "FSX Call sign" and search, there are options out there.

I have tried changing the airline call sign thingy etc but for some reason the tower continues to call me by the aircraft type or by my flight no.
i have downloaded numerous
a) A319 Easyjet
b) Ryanair skin for the default 737-800
The tower keeps calling 319 or 187 whatever my flight no. is :-/

I have editvoicepack for fsx and have it installed but still nothing

any help much appretiated

When you installed editvoicepack Did you click open File and then Update Voicepack? If you didn't you need to do that. Then when you load up your aircraft, click on Details and in the ATC Info you should be able to find Ryanair in the Airline callsign box, and you have to give yourself a flight #, don't leave it blank or zero.
