Other airplanes in the air

I have a question about the other airplanes which are flying with you in the air. I have downloaded other airplanes and their callsigns. When I select a plane to fly with it's always the case that the other airline traffic are the default planes (orbit, world travel, pacifica etc.)

Does anybody know how I can change this?

User planes aren't usually generated as AI traffic however you can download AI planes from real world airlines on
