Frame Rate

What is the recommended frame's per second for this type computer?

Windows vista.
Hawlett-Packard company
AMD phenom 9650 Quad-Core Processor
Ram memory 7 GB
ASUS EAH5450 Series

The only way that anyone can make a recommendation is if they had a similar system, otherwise, it's not that hard to simply set a frame rate, fly some flights, and see how the setting works for you.  Start at 30, and see what happens.
