how can I download weather?

hey i have fsx installed onto a computer that doesnt have internet access yet, and i was wondering if there was a way that I can download weather onto a friends computer and put it on a memory stick to bring to my computer?

well my friend has internet and it would be nice if i could transfer it from the internet connection to my computer via usb key

you can NOT download weather then transfer it to another computer.

On the other hand, if you use Active Sky, even the old 6.5 version, it just may be possible to transfer saved weather files, though the finer mechanics of this are unclear to me as I never had the need to use this particular function.

Better look for it before buying, though.

what if I have a friend download weather with fsx, and then save the flight normally, and copy that save file over to my computer? will it save the weather as well?

it will give you a "picture" of what the weather WAS at that exact moment.
