finding operable carriers

  I'm trying ti figure out how to find operable carriers for my dad but I just haven't had any luck.I went to simtours.net and I tried to download the flight plans for them but it just showed me the contents of the file.He has traffic x and acceleration installed if that makes a difference,any help would be appreciated.

Do you have AI Carriers? You can place and control them right through instructions in a dialogue box. You can get them here --> http://www.simviation.com/fsxutilities1.htm

9th from the bottom.  ;) :)
I went outside once. The graphics weren't all that great.
