Can anyone make panels for FSX (the type when you press 'shift + 3')

hey guys
im having a look at how to make panels for FSX but i dont have the knowledge.

if anyone knows of a good free easy to use program that can make them please let me know

alternately would someone be willing to make me a small panel with 12 switches on (like the ones to turn the lights on and off)
its for a Boeing 737-800
can you map it under "shift+9"
im wanting it to play 12 clips of audio

if you need any more information please ask
i really need this and would be willing to pay if someone can make me one

You can substitute your own sounds. It's a FS2004 gauge but works fine in FSX.

There also additional face plates available.

will get you the basic panel. You can then substitute your own wav files and edit the plate bitmaps. If you have trouble PM me and I'll try and help you. Bob.
