Ground level interaction

Postby Demious » Tue Mar 22, 2011 6:41 am

I've just installed mega airport arlanda for FSX and of course I want to have a look around and interact with the scenery.
I have a few questions about that.

I already found how to get myself a car to drive around, but I was wondering if it was possible to instal a person to walk around and go inside, does anyone know if this is possible? And if so, how to do this?
Second, a question about view options. Inside the vihicles, I can move my eye-point backwards, but I can only find one control for that: ctrl-enter, but this doesnt work with ouside views. How can I zoom out my view from behind the vihicle, as well when flying a plane as when driving a car around the airport. My view is very limited right now and I would like to get a good overview of the scenery.

Thanks

For walking around, go to Orbx and download Bob. It is one of their freebies.
As to moving the view, you can use - and = on the main keyboard

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

couldnt find it under orbx, but for people who also would like this addon, here's a direct link to a download page(no registration needed):

http://fullterrain.com/freeware.html

Bob walks quite fast and a little coarse, but as being a beta version, it's still a nice, funny addon to explore the area.

If you had clicked on 'Bob' in my first post, you would not have had to search. The word 'Bob' is a clickable link to the download page, hence the bold dark red type. But I'm glad you got it. :)

Ah, yea now I see it. :D

Been working on my computer and found a major bug that prevented a lot of normal functions from working right. Your link didnt light up then, but now I see it does.
Well, still thanks a lot for your help. :)
