hello,im on a pretty new windows 7 pc,i use to play flight simulator 2004 back in the day,but now im coming back to the game,i love southwest airlines,ive been watching lot of youtube videos,and etc,and i still cant figure out how to get the southwest airlines plane to show up and work in game for flight simulator x,please help,im very frustrated,been working on it for 3 days.and ive tried the southwest airlines file from this website many times still no go

Could you provide a link to the specific file are you attempting to install?

Both worked for me.  Are you installing them in "C:/....fsx/simobjects", or are you installing them in "C:/....FSX/simobjects/airplanes"?

its working now,now i just get a error when playing on the new airplanes installed

"Fatal Error FSX is trying to recover,then it goes on to say Fsx is restarting.

Are you running FSX Acceleration if Vista or Win7? Does this happen when you try selecting an option from the in-game menu? If so, there's a "FSX crash to desktop" fix. I don't have a link handy, but you should be able to enter that as a searh in Google and find it.

If, on the other hand, FSX is crashing while flying and not accessing the menu, there could be other issues.  What are your system specs?

yes im runing FSX Acceleration on windows 7,my computer spec,intel core i 5 cpu 760 @2.80GHz 2.80 GHZ,64 bit operating system, fsx was auto installed into the 32 bit of my computer
ati radeon 5450 graphic card

4 gig of ram,huge hard drive
