FSX disc 2 unreadable

Hello all,

When I had to restore my PC recently, I went to re-install my fsx deluxe edition, only to find that my Disc 2 has developed large circular screatches and is unreadable.

After trying many cleaning methods, I cannot even get the drive to recognise it.

I know that this may be an unreasonable request, so please tell me to go take a running jump if so, but would anyone be able to make me an iso file of the second disc so that I can get my FSX working again.

I can prove that I have a legitimate licence for this software, but it just seems a shame to buy the software again.

Mods - please don't ban me for requesting copyright software, I'm not.

best off to take your Disk to a Game store (or some place like that ) and get them to put the disk in there dedicated disk polishing machine.  It should not cost too mutch ( its about

Thanks for the tip, took it down to the local Gamestation and they did the disc cleaning for free!

Alas, it made no difference  so looks like its a new copy for me..

well in that case contact MS customer support and you can just get a replacement disk.

You will have to sent them your old one and i can take a couple of weeks but its still cheaper then getting a new coppy!!
