A couple runways have what appears to be sand covering part of the runway, you can see the runway texture below it. Can anyone tell me what causes this to happen? It occurs at North Island NAS and Camp Pendleton, it may occur at other runways but these two are the ones I found on first.
I am not aware of any addons that could cause this to happen and I have not made any changes to my system.
