IRIS Pro series F14 NAV 1 frequency question....

I'm not sure if anyone's asked this previously but for some reason I doubt it. My question has to do with the NAV 1 radio frequency for Javier's Carriers. I know it's 112.00 MHz but for some reason it only works properly in the Hornet. I'll enter the frequency into my IRIS F14 and it will sometimes tell me the carrier is miles away in the wrong direction when I'm in fact looking straight at it or it just won't do anything. Why is that? Is the freq specific to only the default F/A-18? If not how do I get it to work if I can?

I believe you need the F-18 HUD, or the alternative F-18 HUD in the addon library here, in order to have the ILS work correctly on channel 112.00 for the Nimitz.
In any case, I strongly recommend you to replace the HUD of the IRIS Tomcat with the enhanced HUD, because the original Tomcat HUD has quite a bad impact on the FPS, if I remember correctly.

Yeah I have it working for the F18 and all, just not the F14. Is there an updated HUD for the pro-series F14? Because I haven't seen any.... :-?
