Getting anomalies (black patches on screen) while playing

Mostly around the airports, I am getting black areas on the screen that come and go as I move or fly the aircraft.  They can be just line or as bad as half the screen going black Is my computer not able to keep up or is there an adjustment I can make?

It's probably from your PC running out of memory trying to render the scenery, happens to me, too. You have to turn down your settings.
