Adding to what U4EA said, also check your browser settings and make sure cookies are enabled.
And my best guess as to the wheelcam issue is that you either did not edit the EXE.xml file correctly, or did not edit it at all.

<SimBase.Document Type="Launch" version="1,0">
<Descr>Launch</Descr>
<Filename>EXE.XML</Filename>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<Launch.ManualLoad>False</Launch.ManualLoad>
<Launch.Addon><Disabled>False</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
<Name>Wheelcam</Name>
<Path>*path to the wheelcam .exe file*</Path>
<CommandLine>-nogui</CommandLine>
</Launch.Addon>
</SimBase.Document>

... edit info was very useful

No problem, and I copied this from another document, and it says AICarriers instead of Wheelcam. I'll fix that in a second.
If it's not cookies then probably something in Windows 7's settings, and I have virtually no experience with W7.![]()
