What is a good (or best) external FPS limiter available?

Why use an external limiter, FS has one built in.

and it is used as it allows fsx to do its thing while it takes care of the frame limiting, and for some it really helps performance. although i noticed if i dont use the fsx AA it desnt work, not quirt sure why.

Not sure who would want their fps limited in FSX. It already limits itself.  ;D

...just remember though, if you use FSX for Multiplayer activities, LOCK your Frame Rate to 20 FPS in the Sim Hardware Settings, before the session, to prevent overloading the Server, affecting other players.
