Seem to be getting black wing tip vortices. :-/

Do you know the original effects file which it was?

It should be "fx_Vortices". I just checked my Iris F-22 and F-15, and the wingtip effects looked normal.

Check to see if you have the "fx_smoke.bmp" in your effects texture folder.
