FSX Crash

I've had this crash on my old system and now on my new system. I don't understand the cause.

MSVCR80.dll and Microsoft .NET Framework Unhandled Exception errors. All I have installed is FSX Accel (Gold Ed.) and REX 2.0 plus a few add-on planes.
Antec 902 - i7 920 @ 4.0GHz - G.Skill 6GB DDR3 - Radeon 5870 1GB - Win 7 x64
