Adding callsigns

Hey I am new to the forum but not new to FS, I recently upgraded from FS2002 to FSX. I love it, however I have downloaded aircraft and they dont come with the callsign that I can find, or if they do they do not sho up on my "details" setup of the aircraft. Ex. Air Force Aircraft (Air Force One), I have Delta Aricraft installed perfectly but no airline callsign for them. This worked in FS2002. Is there something I am missing, can you help me?  :-?
