AICarriers 2 Problem...NOT EXE.XML OR Hosts File PLEASE HELP!!!

A week ago i had a major problem come up where i had to reinstall my OS. (Win7 Ultimate 64bit)

AICarriers worked before this re-install so im pretty sure its not the OS

And YES I have the latest Java...im not totally computer illiterate

I had that exact same problem, and I believe that it was a problem with JAVA like Gypsy_Baron said.
