I WAITED 3 HOURS AND WHAT DO I GET

A white airplane.  I downloaded the IRIS freeware F-15 from here for FSX and it just comes out white. This isn't opaque like I've had other planes come out, it's stark white. I'm running FSX SP2.

have you tried downloading it from another site, like avsim or flightsim.com??



It is quite possible that one or more of the textures in the texture.? folder are either corrupt or missing entirely.  May want to check from another site.  If you are still having problems, then I would deffinately start to believe it is a texture missing/corrupt problem.
