Carrier Tracks Volume 1 and 2 problem

I downloaded and installed David Scott Wilson-Okamura's Carrier Tracks package, but I can't get them to show. I have the Nimitz package, followed the instructions exactly, put the traffic too 100%, and started using one of the included flights, but they don't show.
