Elevator control with Logitech Extreme 3D Pro

Even though the joystick fully installs and calibrates correctly, I cannot get it to activate the elevators on any of my planes.  Rudder, ailerons, flaps all work fine.  Just can't get elevators to raise or lower more than a degree.

I've checked my settings and everything seems normal.  I'm open to any and all suggestions to solve this irritating problem, because right now I am grounded.

Check 2 things:

1. Make sure the autopilot is off
2. Configure the control axes for the joystick. See the pic below.
