Update problem

I'm trying to install this update: http://www.simviation.com/simviation/?I ... &mark=2521
For the FS9 plane.
When I try to move (or copy) from the 2 folders (old one and update) the little red circle/dash won't let me. anyone know why?
(running vista btw)
