FS Water Config crash

Well i just reinstalled it, because I relized I forgot to install it after a reformat. i tried reinstalling it, and running FSWC from in game, flying, and out of game. Nothing seems to work.

If running vista or up, try running in admin mode and with XP compatibility.  (Although it worked for me immediately)

i have like 3 times, and the avsim mirror is broken...

huh? what I am saying is I downloaded the file from their site and it is crashing, I tried the avsim site, but the mirror link is broken

how big is the file? wondering if anyone could send me a copy of theres. Upon expection of some of the internal files, I think some things are missing. Under Help Files, I am missing folders, so that make me think other things may be missing.
The total size of my fodler is 6.44 MB. Is that different from anyone elses?
