Game Spy Account?

Top of the day to all. I am trying to create a game spy account but when i chose a password it keep telling me that the pass word must be less than 16 character long and in alphanumeric format what that means because no matter what i use it gives me the same message. Thanks for any help

numeric = numbers


must be less than 8 "LETTERS AND NUMBERS"

I taught that is what it meant but i did that and it gave me the same message.

less than 8 "characters" (letter / number combination)

ifly4fun = 8 characters.   is made up of letters AND number(s)

Bruce88 = 7 characters.  5 letters, 2 numbers.

Bruce2 = 6 characters.  5 letters, 1 number.
