Declare an Emergency

Is there any free add-on that makes it possible to declare an emergency? It's not realistic when you get an engine-fire, but you get no help (with getting down fast...).

The way payware organizations push the limits of the sims with things like animated, thinking passengers and smart pushback vehicles and airport operations, it will probably only be a matter of time before a whole new ATC experience is opened up in which things likle this are possible.
