Do you already use the French Altiports scenery ?
It provides 4 excellent sloped runways in the French Alps, not far away from the Switzerland border.
The included runways are Courchevel, Megeve, Alpes d'Huez and Meribel. Flying and landing the An-2 there will definitely be interesting.

As alternatives, still in the French Alps, just below the Geneva Lake, you have a small airfield in the hills, with sloped runway and a very nice approach, called Habere Poche.

Still from the same author, the excellent Lukla airport with its famous sloped runway in Nepal. I don't even remember if the An-2 is able to fly that high, so you might need to switch to a more powerfull aircraft... else it's going to be VERY challenging :)

Here are the links:
First of all, the object library. You need to install it just like an addon scenery, its objects are used by the other sceneries of this author:

Then the french altiports:

This archive contains five sceneries. Declare them exactely with in the same order as you can see in this screenshot:

Then the Habere-Poche airfield:

And finally the Lukla airport:

(You will need to find a good mesh for the Nepal. Holger Sandmann did one for FS9, works perfect in FSX ;) )

Now I think you'll have sme good challenge already :)
Don't forget to install the Alps mesh available here:
