Under Problems Experienced Downloading Files?, "The free site is limited to 2 connections per user. If you attempt to make multiple downloads you may be asked to log in. To avoid this, stick to downloading one file at a time."

either stick to the 1 download at a time as Boeingguy suggests, or pay for a membership to which I believe you get unlimited downloads at a time, and they are faster unlike the "guest" 30kb/s rate if you are not a member.

30 kb/s on a file that is 50mb takes a LONNNNNNNNNG time.  Get the membership

WinRar can extract zipfiles. A lot of people here use it with no problems. Perhaps your download was interrupted. You could try downloading the files again or use a different utility such as IZArc. http://www.izarc.org/

I downloaded a total of 3 zipped files ,Mirage F1,Mirage iv and the Super Etendard.

If you want someone to check out files for you please be more specific. The file name & a link to the exact page it's posted on would be a good start.

A few times I have dl'd things from here, and they seemed to dl very, very fast, then when i tried to unzip, I got the same error message. It seemed like it didn't dl the whole thing. I simply re-dl'd it, and all was fine.

Hello again
Problem 2 is resolved ( I think), however it comes down to finding 3 main folders in FSXF1 (Mirage f1), Gauges airplane and effects. After placing the folders in their respective FSX folders and starting FSX, the F1 is nowhere to be found ???

Any idea what went wrong here?

You still haven't told us the most important part. Which Mirage F1 are you talking about & where can we download it to check it out? The file name & page number it's posted on (or a link to the page) would save us all a lot of time.
