The ORBX download said HD so that may have been part of it but the Auster - FSX only - seemed standard.Just an idea...but I did have a few people that had the same type of problem with my Quickie. It was due to the 2048 x 2048 textures many of the parts used, and for assorted reasons some rigs won't show them. Resizing them to 1024 x 1024 fixed it.

http://classicbritishfiles.com Civil aircraft page 1 - Auster J1 by Dave Garwood.Which Auster is this? I'll check it out myself.

Believe it or not, the Readme I read mentioned only that, when unzipped, four folders within the single folder went into the root FSX folder - nothing about changing the FSX.cfg.TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=4096
