Puzzled

Postby N2056 » Fri Nov 13, 2009 8:10 pm

I decided to go ahead & upload my Quickie here. After a few days it has been grabbed almost 1,100 times, which is cool. What puzzles me is that there has been no feedback. No forum post...no e-mail...nada.

Seems odd considering the fact that I gave away a state-of-the-art FSX model for free.

Don't worry, you just have to take into consideration that Simviation is a much more popular download site than SimOuthouse. A lot of people dowload the files here without ever interacting with the forum.

To my eyes, it's like that: Simviation is a download site with a forum, while SimOuthouse is a forum with a download site.

I'm sure a lot of people here appreciate your Quickie, and not only the people registered here and at SimOuthouse at the same time ;)

PS: and thanks again for that bird ;)

Hey thanks for uploading your plane here. I will look for it and try it tonight.

Never noticed it being uploaded, but then again I rarely look at the FSX aircraft.  I am sticking with my FS9 most of the time.

I have only thanked people when I had to contact them. Otherwise, I'm not in that habit. Maybe if there was a link to the persons profile (instead of just saying who posted it) people would be more inclined to offer words of praise and appreciation.

I've only uploaded a few paints and mscl bits, and every time I look at the downloads stats, I see every DL as a "thank you".  But that's just me.
