tower view

recently I posted a shot in the FSX vs FS9 for this weeks theme. I went into multi-player and instead of using an aircraft i set it to be in the control tower. is there a way to get this view not in multi-player? this view is inside the tower and you can see the computer screens of other peoples AC or AI.

Think it would be possible to find the file for it in the FSX folder and maybe make a actual aircraft out of it or something? Or for example use Active cam or something to be able to look in it?
