upload image profile

i tried to upload a personnel image for my profile with obvious no success. i copy the address the upload page gave me and copy it on the line with the http is but it must not be the proper way.can someone explain the proper way to do it, thank you

Hi there. First make sure your image meets the forum size limit & has no spaces in the file name. After uploading it paste the full URL without the brackets into the Personalized Picture box.

Note the image won't display until you click the Save Changes button.

thank you, it work. i just didn't erased the braquets.
