Does anybody know how to get the passneger view in fsx with a safe download by the way(no viruses  lol!!)

It's not something which you can download as a separate file or installation. It is all depend on the specific aircraft you want to add the passenger view to (for example, if the model is designed in such a way that will support such a view).

If the specific aircraft model supports it, it's a matter of a simple editing of the aircraft.cfg file (or the panel.cfg in some cases).
