Getting bloom... ENBseries (not starting up)

I've recently had to re-install FSX and as a result I no longer have the bloom effect, the GTA one, installed.

I've looked over the old thread about it but most of the links are old and as a result the downloads and links are mostly broken.

Could someone please provide relevant links. I am running a nVidia 8600GTS. It has worked fine on that card in the past. I really can't remember the stages involved and Google provided few useful answers
