Well, that was a bit of a chore, expecially since I already had that package under a different name than the fresh download.

But one thing you *have* to do is make sure you follow the "readme" installation instructions. You have to add in the sound file, and you have to place the panel.cfg into the panel folder Then there's the gauges (but if you didn't do that, you'd simply have a panel with missing gauges).
So check your "B707V09" folder (Not "b707"! That's a completely different add-on.) for the "sound" folder and check the panel folder for it's "panel" cfg.
Then there's the "common BMPs" that you have to add into *every* texture folder. All 28 of them.
