pop up clouds

Postby michaleen » Sat Sep 19, 2009 1:11 am

I have been trying to get rid of those annoying pop up clouds.
Completed the first half of the procedure but cant find a shaders folder to delete in
C:\Documents and Settings\name\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX

Obviously still having clouds popping up!
Can anyone help? thanks

Process is linked in the FSX Tuning thread here;

http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_p ... ?TID=29041

This is the link to the proceedure

http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_p ... ?TID=24830

you MUST have hidden files and folders disabled to find the FSX\shader  files

If this is VISTA the path is not the same to the folder

Windows Vista:
C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FSX\Shaders

You are leaving out the local settings folder. This is the path to mine.
