bgl files

Hi, I am new to the site and a novice.
I have just downloaded a scenery file;
FSX Inegi Mexico 38 M Terrain Mesh.
ine38x.zip 138MB
After the down load was complete I moved a  series of BGL files into the addon scenery area of fsx as the read me file instructed. Do I need to do anything else? I cant open the BGL files anyway, do I need to?
