OVERSPEED

Is there any way I can get rid of the overspeed bar in the bottom right hand side of the screen? It just annoys me and stops me from getting good screenshots.

Have a look at your FSX.cfg file, the [Display] section. You can control the appearance of messages, including a 'toggle' for overspeed.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
