No grumman goose in FSX

FSX including FSX Steam version.

No grumman goose in FSX

Postby Stanley » Thu Aug 06, 2009 6:22 pm

For some reason, I do not have the grumman goose airplane in my game as an option to choose to fly. In the Aircrafts folder, the grumman goose file is actually there, but its not in the game itself.

ANY HELP?

i really wanna fly the aircraft.

Hello. I assume you have FSX Standard Edition. Please read this. http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1249412378

You can make it flyable. Just copy the cessna 172 panel folder into the grumman's folder. You won't have gauges in the VC, but it is flyable.

If you dont have the Deluxe version and what to fly a full featured Goose including a vc, try this;

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

I do believe that for the OZx update to work you have to already have the Deluxe version of the Goose.

Nope, its the whole aircraft. I have FSX standard edition, so I dont have the Goose either. I have the OZx Goose, and it is fantastic!
