That one is much more popular. I saw it a long time ago at the library where I work and I tried it out for a few days... It was pretty cool to use FSX as an actual training aid and, if you follow and read the book along with FSX, you will learn lots and FSX will be more fun! ;)

I use that book that SubZero linked to, it's terrific.  Very detailed and complements training very well(I am training for a PPL).

The book is pretty detailed but can take you from flight priciples in the piper cub all the way to IFR flight in the Mooney Bravo.

It also has saved flight movies and assignments for you to load and perform.

I have the MSFS as a training aid one.  Its a little corny but a good resource.

I had something similar on FS2004. I didn't think too much of it.
