Rudder Trouble

I was wondering if anyone had this same issue or if anyone knows how to resolve it.

When my aircraft is on the ground the rudder and steering system are fully functional, however as soon as the aircraft leaves the ground the rudder no longer functions.  It actually moves still but only very slightly.  For example I can stand on the rudder and it will have only very little or no effect on my flight.  Like I said when I'm on the ground it works fine, i can see it moving through its full range of travel.  When I get in the air it stops working, but I can see it move about an inch it either direction.

I would greatly appreciate any information anyone can give me about this problem.

Nevermind, found another post of the same problem.  It was the autorudder feature.
